Albert Breer of the NFL Network reports that the NFL Players Association has “tentatively agreed” to human growth hormone testing, as well as  accompanying punishment for the 2013 regular season, citing a union memo.

According  to the report the memo says that a first offense for any player who tests positive for HGH will bring a four-game suspension, and the NFLPA will allow the league to obtain 40 blood samples for HGH tests each week during the testing.

The memo also says that each week eight players will randomly be chosen from five teams during the regular season for testing.

The entire memo can be seen here.
